Sexton Companies - Downtown Apartments in Indianapolis

I have been living her for 6 months now and i must say everything is exactly what I expected, I was looking for a nice affordable place to stay and this is it! There is no theft or troublesome people here, mostly couples.! i love it! apartments are nice and updated, maintenance is REALLY quick to get to your problems or break downs. Plus its really safe and quiet at night no matter what day of the week it is, I come home mostly at night and never feel scared to walk alone to my apartment because its quiet and peaceful here! I love it! greatly recommend them.

It's home. Fenced in, lots of light near every corner, people care about their yards, belongings, etc.

I've lived in several apartments around town, but Waterford is most certainly the best. Not only does it have wonderful staff, but it also has beautiful scenery. The area abounds in trees, ponds, and beautiful built complexes. The staff are great...they're caring, take the time to help me figure out any apartment-related needs I have, and they even remember my name! Love it here!! :)

I have been a resident of Bel Air Court Apartments for many years. I have a great apartment, great neighbors, an awesome view that other apartment companies charge for, not at Bel Air Court! I have had excellent service from everyone on the management and maintenance team! We have a new property manager who is doing a great job! With all of the many resident activities that are planned, I have been able to meet many of my neighbors. The management team really goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I have a nice place to live. 5 Star treatment!!!!!

I highly recommend this apartment complex! I love it here!
